Tax-Aide State Tax Assistance Program (STAP)

Because of the subtle complexities and unknown peculiarities of the tax laws of other states, completing and e-filing a return with no training for the other state is OUT OF SCOPE. Use the Tax-Aide State Tax Assistance Program to complete returns for states for which no training has been provided. 

Check the list of states participating in STAP to see if assistance is available.
